RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Any accompanying certificates, documentation, or accessories must also be returned.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
