Can I see a mockup for the Name Logo Necklace?

Upon receiving your order, I will promptly commence the design process. If you would like, I can provide you with a mock-up of the design before the final product is delivered. Kindly remember to specify in your order note that you would like to review a mock-up prior to production.

Furthermore, please feel free to request revisions to the design if it doesn't meet your preferences. We strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Shipping questions

When will my order ship?

It takes about 3-5 workdays to make your order. Using regular shipping, it takes 2-5 days to deliver your order. Please consider that there may be delays on USPS.

How can I track my page?

You will receive your tracking number by e-mail within 3 days after placing your order. You can contact us for any problem.

Why is my order seen as Pre-Transit?

Your order is already shipped but it looks like USPS didn’t scan it when it arrived at the post office.
Please don't worry, the status will be changed soon.

Where is my order?

Please be assured that we are diligently working to craft your perfect item and expedite the process according to the shipping method you selected during the order placement.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in production. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email notification containing the necessary details. This email will also include a convenient tracking link, allowing you to easily monitor the progress of your order. In the unlikely event that you do not find the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder as it might have been redirected there.

I didn't find my package and the delivery date has passed.

If the delivery date for your order has already passed and you haven't received your package, we suggest trying the following steps, which have proven helpful to other customers in similar situations:

1- Verify the accuracy of your shipping details by referring to the Order Confirmation.

2- Inquire with other members of your household to determine if anyone has accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.

3- Check alternative delivery locations such as with your doorman, near your garage, or through a side door, as postal services sometimes leave packages there.

4- Approach your local post office and inquire about any additional information regarding the whereabouts of your package. Remember to bring your tracking number for reference.

Returns questions

What's your return & exchange policy for custom orders?

For returns and exchanges, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 60 days of purchase. Personalized jewelry pieces can be returned for exchange or store credit, while non-personalized items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please keep in mind that for exchanges, you will need to return the original item before we can send you a new one. Prior to doing so, please inform us and provide a clear picture of the item. If the new item you have chosen differs in value from the original, we will arrange either a money order or refund accordingly.
  • In the event that your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. As long as your item is within the warranty period, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
  • To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please visit our 'Contact Us' page and select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu (My item is damaged, There is a mistake in my order/Something is missing, etc.). Attach a clear image of the damaged item and provide a description of the issue. Once our customer care representative has received and approved your claim, you will be offered a free reorder for items covered by the warranty.
  • If you prefer a refund for a damaged item, you can return the jewelry item within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
Cancellation & Changes
  • Once your order has been processed, production of your item will commence immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within two hours of placing it. Kindly note that personalized jewelry pieces are crafted specifically for you, therefore after the two-hour window, they can only be returned for exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team through the provided link.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order before it has been shipped, there's no need to cancel and replace it. Simply reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you in modifying your order.
